PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING AND BOOKKEEPING
Our competent staff of employees will see to it that your bills are paid on time and in accordance with the contractual obligations of your association. Financial statements will be prepared monthly to ensure your full knowledge of association funds. A courtesy monthly statement may be mailed to each homeowner providing fast collection of your homeowner funds.
COMMUNITY WEB SITE PREPARATION AND FACILITATION
We utilize the latest technology to provide your community with a full functioning website which allows you to quickly and efficiently communicate with your residents. Additionally, through the web site Board Members may view real time financial statements, conduct polls, post meeting notices, and numerous other features. All residents may view their account activity, print certain documents, and submit maintenance requests from anywhere you have an internet connection!
NEW HOMEOWNERS
Each new Homeowner will be welcomed to the community with an informative letter on behalf of the Association and Personalized Property Management. Information will be provided concerning Homeowners Association responsibilities and the type of Management services provided.
